1. Supported Regions

CloudSIM service is available in Japan, the USA, Belgium, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, the UK, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Turkey.
Data plans can only be used in the country/region where they were purchased and do not support cross-border usage.

2. Plan Details

CloudSIM data plans are designed for in-car internet use. Choose from various data and duration options tailored to your needs. Compatible with Ottocast Aibox products (e.g., P3/P3 Lite).
All new products come pre-installed with CloudSIM functionality, while earlier models can access it via FOTA upgrades.

3. Validity Period

Data plans activate upon first use and are valid for the duration selected at purchase (e.g., 30GB/30 days). Plans expire when the data or time period is used up, whichever comes first. Remaining data and validity can be tracked via the SIMate or OttoPilot app.
